Testimonials

Patrick carried out a survey on a property I am in the process of purchasing and did an exceptionally thorough job. He inspected all areas of the house to a very high standard, ensuring nothing was overlooked. After completing the survey, he took the time to call me directly to discuss his findings, clearly explaining any concerns or issues he identified. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to provide clear guidance made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I would highly recommend Patrick for anyone looking for a reliable surveyor.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Pat. The quote was more than competitive and the report was back with us within 3 days, complete with drone footage to help us understand the issues found. Really appreciated the call after the survey was conducted as well, just to briefly discuss the initial findings ahead of the report. Would highly recommend!

1st class service, very thorough surveyor from the initial contact till the going through everything on the survey by emil swiftly, then a follow up phone call to discuss everything. would recommend this company very highly

Brilliant service, would highly recommend Blue Blossom Surveys. Thank you for everything!

Recently used Blue Blossom Surveys and found Pat to be very approachable and professional. His communication was thorough leading up to the survey, during the work and post completion. He even took the time to call and talk through the report, answering any and all questions in an easy to digest language. Turns out he’s been in the building industry for decades and so his knowledge is vast, to say the least. Highly recommended.
